10.0 Academy of Gymnastics General Policies -
to help you better understand our facility.
STUDENT Annual REGISTRATION FEE:
All enrollments will be charged a non-refundable annual registration fee : $50/Student. This fee is good for the current enrollment year (Sept-August). The registration fee will apply to all programs conducted in our facility.
Discounts apply to gymnastics enrollments, special events, movie nights and camps. These include additional siblings and multiple classes. Discounts become null & void upon early withdrawal from a team program.
PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE SCHOOL TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS.
Only a written notice via email will be acceptable.
ONE Make-up per session is permitted on a space available basis only, and must be scheduled ahead of time with the office. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes, nor are they transferable to other persons or succeeding sessions.
PHOTOS, VIDEOS AND IMAGES:
Please notify the office if you do not give your conscent to have your child's(rens) photo/video taken by staff during activities to post on our bulletin board, website or promotional materials.
Parents are encouraged to view class from the lobby area, unless enrolled in a Toddler Gymnastics class where parents are participants.
GIRLS should wear a gymnastics leotard. Need a leotard? Check out our pro shop!
BOYS should wear athletic shorts and form fitting workout shirt.
All students should have their hair pulled back and secured away from the face.
If your child is sick, please keep them home and schedule a make-up with the office.
Drivers should be cautious and aware in the parking areas as all ages of students will be entering and exiting the building during class times.
If planning to walk-in or bring a friend to one of our special events, legal guardians are required to fill out our Participation Waiver/Release prior to the event start time.
Otherwise, register ahead of time through our Parent Portal.
