10.0 Birthday Party Policies:

• Party's must begin and end on time as there may be parties before and/or after yours. There is a $50 Late Fee for any party that goes beyond the allotted party room time.  We suggest using 30-40 mins for party room activities and 10-15 mins for saying goodbye to guests and gathering/packing up your things.

• All guests must have a completed and signed Birthday Party Waiver to enter the gym and participate.

• All children in the gym are considered guests

• Please wait for a 10.0 Academy staff member to enter the gym

• Party spectators are encouraged to view from the lobby

• An adult/parent is required to assist any child under the age of 3

• Absolutely No Adults are Allowed on any Gymnastics Equipment

• Parents of the Birthday Child may enter the gym to take video and photos

• No food or drinks are allowed in the gym or lobby area

• Please no hanging decorations

• All paper products, utensils and food are the responsibility of the Party Host

10.0 Academy would like you to use our party room to enjoy food, drink and friends.

Please open gifts at home.

Tips for Hosting a Gymnastics Birthday Party

• Arrive 15 minutes prior to party time.

• Remind parents to dress party guests for gymnastics or swim activity.

• Include your waiver/release form with your invitations.  

• Remember your camera and video recorder!
