| The objective of Team Camp 2010 is to provide Pre-Team and Competitive Team girls with a full camp-like experience in the comforts of our own gym. It is our hope that this camp will replace the high priced ($1000 +) overnight camps that are offered in the area. Last year’s camp was a fantastic success and we are confident this year’s camp will be even better! We are adding 2004 Olympian Courtney McCool, and Olympic coach & National team coach Tammy Biggs to last year’s sensational staff, which will include a former USA National Team member and current NCAA gymnast Hilary Mauro, and Brevet level judge Kathy Ostberg. Team camp boasts an intense gymnastics experience, along with daily swimming, field trips, camp fires, movie nights, special guest appearances, and Friday cookout! |
FOOD & SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
Team Camp will be providing lunch daily and dinner on Thursdays.

ACTIVITIES
| Daily swimming in our heated pool. Supervised by life guard weather permitting. |
| Special Guests: Generally kept a surprise, former Team Camp entertainers/instructors included classes and demonstrations by professional jugglers, magicians, balloon twisting class, exotic animal shows, and hose and pony rides. |

Field Trips: AMF Bowling in Shrewsbury, MA |
|
DEE Bus Service will be providing transportation to and from both field trips. All gymnasts attending the field trip must ride the bus to and from the field trip. No parents will be allowed to ride the bus. |
| Thursdays at Team Camp will be camp fire and movie nights. The camp will provide dinner, Smores’ and will be showing an appropriate movie. Thursday night pickup time will be 7:00pm. |
| Fridays are cookout and outdoor activities! |

| Courtney McCool- Courtney is an All-American for the University of Georgia and a 2004 Olympic Silver Medalist. In her 3 years so far with the Gym Dogs, she's helped her team win 2 consecutive NCAA Team titles, and in 08 she won the NCAA Floor Exercise title. |
| Kathy Ostberg - former Region 6 Chairman, current USA Gymnastics Staff and Brevet level judge. Is widely recognized and considered one of the most knowledgeable people in gymnastics. |
| Tammy Biggs - Coach of Olympian Missy Marlowe, 1996 Olympic Team coach, and USAG National Team coach. |
| Katelyn Andrews – Hudson High Graduate 2009, former gymnast of Christalle Auger and High School Gymnastics State Champion. |
| Lindsey DiTullio – 10.0 Academy Prep Op head coach. Coach of multiple event and AA state Prep Op champions! Graduate from Framingham State College, and current Mass art teacher. |

| Authorization of Participation |
| I herby forever release 10.0 Academy, its officers, coaches and any and all employees of 10.0 Academy from any and all liability for any and all damages suffered by any and all members of my family with under the instruction, supervision, or control of 10.0 Academy. We recognize that participation in any sport including gymnastics which involves height, speed, apparatus, motion, rotation and inversion, that injury can occur. This includes any and all types of minor and severe injuries including permanent paralysis or even death. I assume all risk of harm and agree to indemnify the above mentioned parties held harmless from any and all said claims and damages. |
